All transactions on our website will be performed electronically. This means that you must provide a valid and correct email address for us to be able to confirm your purchase.

You will be billed in EURO, and you may view the latest currency exchange rates HERE.

When purchasing tickets, we will send you an email with the confirmation number of your purchase. You must then print out this email and present it at the ticket desk at the Malta Cup venue (Hilton Conference Centre) in order to collect your tickets. Proof of identity will also be required (eg identity card, driving license, passport).

The following are general terms and conditions governing the sale of tickets for the Malta Cup:

• Tickets must be shown on demand.
• Organisers cannot be held liable for any changes in the schedule of play.
• Players appear circumstances permitting.
• At the multiple table stage, there is no guarantee that all tables may be visible from every seat.
• No refunds or returns are allowed.
• Photography and video recordings are not permitted.
• Mobile phones must be switched off in the auditorium.
